What this covers

This policy explains what Followthru collects when you run a free audit, create an account, or connect your data sources to the Followthru CRO Intelligence Platform (the “Thruly” platform, at thruly.ai), and what we do with it. If you have questions this page doesn't answer, email izzy@followthruagency.com.

What we collect

  • Free audit: the email address and website URL you submit to run a no-account audit.
  • Account: your name, email, and the account details you provide when you sign up for a subscription.
  • Connected data: read-only access to your Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics 4 data, once you authorize the connection. We never request write access, and we don't collect this until you explicitly connect it.
  • Payment: Stripe handles billing for subscriptions. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.

How we use it

We use your website and behavioral data to generate your conversion audit, including sending relevant site and analytics context to Anthropic's API for AI-powered analysis. We use your account and billing data to run your subscription and connect you with a human CRO specialist when you request it. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Cookies

We use two kinds of cookies, both httpOnly (invisible to page scripts):

  • A short-lived lead_token cookie (24 hours) that proves you own a free audit you just ran, so you can view your report without creating an account.
  • A Supabase authentication session cookie, once you sign in to an account.

We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Data retention and deletion

We keep audit and account data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. If you cancel your subscription, we keep your audit history so it's still there if you come back, and we use retained audit data (findings, page structure, and metrics) to improve how our audit engine works. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing izzy@followthruagency.com, and we'll remove it, subject to what we're legally required to keep (e.g., billing records).
