Terms of service
Last updated July 6, 2026
The service
Followthru (“we”, “us”) operates the Thruly CRO Intelligence Platform at thruly.ai (the “Service”). The Service pairs an AI audit agent with your Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics 4 behavioral data to produce a ranked, plain-language list of conversion issues and recommendations, with a human CRO specialist available for deeper work. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for any activity under your account. You must have the right to connect the website, Clarity, and GA4 properties you give us access to.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account — your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period, with no cancellation fee. We don't store your card details; Stripe does.
After cancellation we retain your audit history and may use retained audit data to improve the service — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Audit caps
Your plan includes a weekly automatic audit plus a monthly allowance of manual, on-demand audits. This cap exists to protect the statistical validity of your results — running audits more often than your traffic can support produces noisy, low-confidence findings rather than useful ones. We'll flag any finding based on a small sample size rather than present it as more certain than it is.
No guarantee of results
Audits are recommendations and estimates, not guarantees. Findings reflect the AI agent's analysis and, where connected, your real behavioral data at the time of the audit — they are hypotheses to test, not certainties. We'll always tell you when a finding is preliminary or based on limited data (our “honesty in the UI” principle). Implementing a recommendation does not guarantee a specific change in conversion rate, revenue, or any other metric.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to audit sites you don't have authorization to analyze, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or resell audit output as your own product without our agreement.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Followthru is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on audit findings or recommendations.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date.
